Thirty per cent of profits from the sale of the merchandise will go towards helping HRC’s ongoing campaign to establish a federal Equality Act to help end LGBT discrimination. The merchandise has been created in partnership with LGBT advocacy group Human Rights Campaign, who will benefit from a cut of the sales – and the Ally Coalition The #MakeAmericaGayAgain/#MakeAmericaLGBTQAgain line – a spin on Donald Trump’s election pledge to ‘Make America Great’ again’ – was unveiled yesterday to coincide with LGBT Pride Month in the US.
